Ai image generators are already eating themselves- they are pulling data from other ai images and so all the weird, fucked up inconsistencies and errors are getting further distorted. Because ai generators are not human, they don't make decisions or have ideas they only generate a bunch of data that is in the same category as what was plugged into them and hand it back. A great tool to augment artist, but cannot create consistent quality. Tech bros have hyped up ai into a hysteria in a desperate attempt to make as much money as possible and/or because they are delusional ego maniacs huffing their own farts.
