I am not really convinced. Imagine the world where there is no unlicensed training. Then, creator A will refuse to let AI be trained on their work, but creator B allows it. Then, they will still both loose the revenue, because AI model still works as it does.
He's not offering any solution, he's just advertising his business that plays nicely, but still causes harm. It just asks you politely, if you want to help it accelerate.
