She lost me in the first 15 seconds with "the threat of climate change" - change which science has proven man has barely nudged - and therefore just a regular cycle of the earth that we will learn to deal with. Unless we destroy ourselves in order to try to create the ineffectual change that we seem hell bent on attempting. My guess is AI might be the vehicle which creates the rapture - where our consciousness joins the Borg Collective and we begin to roam through space consuming all other life forms until someone figures out a way to pull our damn plugs. Evil at birth and evil until the end, we are.
