What he means to say is AI will make a person more independent that historically. We humans are depend on our group from hunting to software development. I am not just feared by job loss then a sense of false independence. Free thinking will overpower empathy. Let’s say I do not need a car washing person for me because robot can do that work. This makes me less likely meet a person than before. Let’s say everything is done by AI. Then only gods place will be last place where we meet for bhajan kirtan or prayers. If that also replaced by HALO or virtual headset then it’s hard to meet other person. Your soft skills are important. Tourism will be main business because you can not have anything to earn because everything will be done by AI robots. Rich will have robots and middle class can not produce jobs. Only tourism will attract more people investing in hotels and chains is nice option. Open a hotel at good place and let people come to your hotel.
