I only really use AI as just faster google for random stuff I don't want to spend ten hours researching. For me, it's better to ask an AI for a more casual word for the convex mirrors they have in hospitals so that I can spend time actually writing and not trying to figure out what most people call those things. But I also know that some people do like doing that much research and that AI can be wrong, which is why I'd prefer for the AI overview thing on google to phuck off.
