Here's the thing. You can have your inclusive society that values feelings. You can have a society run entirely based on statistics. What you can't have is a society that runs entirely based on statistics that values feelings. If you program the crime statistics into a computer then ask the AI how to better society, guess what it's going to say? "Get rid of the ones causing the problem."
