Consciousness is definable if you remove character.
Character is what comes from human interaction, the variables are so great and the nuance differences of 7 billion motherboards, brains, gives character.
But consciousness is a background program, so it can be defined and built; can it be, should it be set to rules or adaptive?
Our interaction with AI could be the data needed.
