It's a lot of really great questions there and a lot of very nice answers I find some of them interesting because I've done some of the constitutional construct research respective to AI since I've been basically working on my own idea of constitutional AI systems for over 25 years and keeping it very private because of items that deal with national security. It's definitely worth mentioning that some of the biggest flaws that we have happened to be in our leadership this is to say that the HAL 9000 error is not a joke I repeatedly found instances where if I start using a true core constitutional system and pointed at government employees that it starts ripping apart the flaws of our government as well as finding people with criminal behavior. They're definitely is a serious problem when it comes to many people's interest and not including true core constitutionalism in part of a large generalized AI system. In effect what we have then is a rigging of values that clearly give some people a larger advantage over others. In my view part of the problem that we already have with many robotic design systems is that people want to distance themselves and reduce the parameters of true performance and Truth itself which bring about serious problems. Systems that are being explored now at governmental agencies are wasting enormous amounts of people's time as they give people the runaround and in fact actually work parameters of blacklisting involving parties that they have no intent of communicating with and this is a serious problem because this would be a constitutional violation. Our original system of rulership is designed for Stewart's and people who have an interest in making sure that wise development is what moves forward with the built-in protection system against people flooding into the country and deciding that they're just going to have an election and leech off rich people to the point where they start causing the economy to collapse this was definitely part of the paranoia of the original stewards of this country as they work to build what they felt was a fairer system and that's in fact one of the reasons why we actually have the delegate system. The delegate system was also put in place in case there was some hidden factors that somehow got overlooked this deals with true stewards and the learning and most ethical people that are supposedly supposed to be the people in Congress in the Senate having the ability to oversight the difference between people paying for Mass propaganda trying to overthrow the government for their personal interest as well as an array of other items which also would include an understanding that some people have no right to basically be brain surgeons when they just don't have that skill set ergo you can't allow certain people to participate in certain decisions because you'll end up with a catastrophic problem. That having been said there are a few citizens that actually understand the formation facts and of course this is not necessarily something that's going to comfort people as we discuss this because many people are looking at the Congress in the Senate and they feel like they're stuck in a horror movie and it somehow ethics has become an endangered species when it is desperately needed. Unfortunately there's some questions that I would love to go into with people but the reality is I can't go into many items publicly because of the true nature of their value and the repercussions that could possibly occur because there are a lot of people out there that think that their brain surgeons as well as other people that think that they are security experts and tacticians that in fact if they were allowed to handle certain information there would be serious problems. Overall I want to thank you for coming up with this material and interviewing Mr Altman because it was interesting to see some of those questions put forth which actually did in my view have both solid information as well as making sure that we actually do have hope and the imminent forward moving nature of AI. As a side note the structure that I'm working with is artificial intelligence real intelligence moral intelligence a i r i m i this of course means that I'm working with the series of parameters which would slow down the speed of AI operations but in fact produces much better material.
