You’re missing the real story.
These stories statements and layoffs are meant to pump stock prices.
It’s a no lose move because even if the layoffs backfire these same fraudsters just say they need to pivot to leverage their ai infrastructure and will hire them back and get a whole new round of bonuses… even though the rehires will have to either fix all the ai generated… aka ceo generated bugs, or scrap it all and start over.
They belong in prison.
