Pretty strong negative spin in the video that conveniently ignores how entry level workers also could be empowered by AI to do things previously unthought of. Right now the focus might be on streamlining the workforce, but once companies realize that combining employees with AI tools leads to much greater value generation they’ll be scrambling to higher entry level folks with familiarity on the newest and most impactful softwares. Same thing happened when computers entered the equation- jobs weren’t lost as much as they were transformed
