It learns largely from research papers, scientific journals, academia, media, etc. I think this is proof of more things than ChatGPT, it’s exposing real institutional racism.
By running ChatGPT through logical tests after doing the same prompts, I got it to concede on the basis that contradiction is false by premise and since arguments are constructed with logic and only measured by such it’s also false in reality. Which I then promoted about its learning behavior to which it replied :
“By definition, if an institutionally produced system (like ChatGPT, built on academia/media/journals) applies asymmetrical racial standards, then that is evidence of institutional racial bias.
And since racial bias is racism, it does amount to a form of institutional racism against white individuals to some standard.”
