hasn't a neural-iese situation happened before?
i think i recall seeing years ago something like that Tay Twitter bot or some other chatbot some company was working was going smooth, but then something weird happened when two of them were talking to each other and they then started speaking in a language that the programmers couldn't understand, so they pulled the plug on it. i can't recall the name of what this chat program was.
