I had to look up student loan delinquency as this is not something that exists in the UK, its more of a student tax, you only pay it back when you earn so much a year and thats done automatically before you receive your payments, beyond this you dont pay anything and you dont get chased for it, meaning if your unemployed, your income is beneath the threshold of repayment
