I am a writer who's been writing the same book for almost 4 years and almost finished writing and editing it. The only feeling I could describe for it is a cathartic enthusiasm that all my work has paid off into something I am proud of.
Some friends and folks have read my book as I was writing it (bless beta readers) and each of their comments about it felt rewarding even if they liked it or not, because they took some of their time to read it.
AI just couldn't fulfill this for me.
