Case 1. They'll never become smarter than us | very unlikely
Case 2. They'll become smarter and solve almost all problems but due to physical limitations they can't advance to singularity | likely to happen
Case 3. They'll reach singularity. Everything you know will instantly cease to exist and you wouldn't even know it | I don't think it will happen
Case 4. They'll destroy humanity, after all we're all doomed to the climate change and overpopulation. It's just a matter of time. | this will happen with a very high chance
