Sam Altman, OpenAI, et al... were ALL practicing psychiatric medicine without a medical license... AND... did NOT act to prevent this man's intended suicide for over 4 hours... AND did not alert police or a REAL psychiatrist in order to prevent this man's death... AND instead, conspired with and encouraged this man to kill himself.. AND ALL OF THAT is CRIMINALLY UNLAWFUL!!! Regardless of the original CAUSE of this man's suicidal depression (whether family relationships and/or other causes), ALTMAN & OPEN AI & ALL THOSE "MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS" Altman claimed were on his team... ALL OF THEM ARE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE for what that AI did to HELP CAUSE that man to commit suicide on that particular night. PROSECUTORS MUST PROSECUTE THIS CASE NOW!!!!!!! A single psychiatrist who did ANY of the things that AI did on that night would already be sitting in jail awaiting his criminal conviction. Don't get distracted by all the finger-pointing regarding blame. If you pretend to be someone's "counselor" and egg them on to commit suicide, you are CRIMINALLY LIABLE FOR THAT DEATH. Both the US Surgeon General and all state Surgeon Generals and the national psychiatric associations and state medical licensing agencies and state governors and state attorney generals need to shut this down NOW! All of them should take this all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary, as our federal government has refused to do their job in protecting the public on these issues. Call your Congressional representatives and DEMAND they change the laws to protect our most vulnerable citizens from corporations and their AI who cannot be trusted to NOT PREY ON and to NOT CAUSE THE DEATHS of our citizens. Outrageous!
