Deep fakes r ABSOLUTELY & DEFINITELY 1 THING w/o question or debate & that 1 thing & that is that they r FAKE it isn't really those ppl no1 is black mailing these ppl into taking the pics it's not really them AI could spit out an image or video of porn completely random or on small props like black hair cute small facial featured Asian women & it comes out looking exactly like a real person n ppl could assume it was that person how would u go abt stopping that there's paintings that look exactly like famous ppl now painted 200yrs ago it's not them tho there has been cartoon porn made 2 look like celebrities 4 yrs deep fake is essentially computer art..yes it's traumatic if it looks like u but I see some ways that this could potentially help sex offenders not offend kinda like the lil boy sex dolls they sell in Japan that r 1 of those like 4real sex dolls that r super expensive n realistic u can have those made from pictures of real women in the US completely customizable but wen I saw a article yrs ago they were talking about the effects on sex offenders in Japan & how the child dolls were outlawed in the US under CP but there was some ongoing study w/ them n the maker & I could c there side I have a mental health degree & worked alot w/ criminal clients & wen on parole alot of sex offenders have stipulations they aren't allowed 2b in possession of sex toys or enter sex shops or b in the possession of porn or have any online presence which I dnt think helps them & some counties or states have laws that continue w/ these rules 4 as long as a person Is on the registry which is most often 4 life I can count on 1 hand the ppl who I saw that didn't have 2 register 4 life even pre AWA offenders who were convicted sometimes 30+yrs ago if they were released after 2008 wen the law was enacted they r still subject 2 registration even tho it was not listed on their conviction but if u were released b4 jan 1st 2008 it didn't apply so u got out Dec 31st 2007 & were in prison 5yrs u dnt have 2 register but some1 else convicted of the same exact crime same set of circumstances but was sentenced 20yrs & get released Jan 1st 2008 this person's crime happened 15yrs b4 the other offender w/ the same set of circumstances & paid more back 2 society bcuz of the difference in jury, judge or prosecutor u r continued 2b effected 4 the rest of ur life & often have curfews restrictions on housing & how long u can stay w/ another person b4 it's considered a resident no social media nothing that a normal person has the right 2 do sexualy that could fall under deviant & this is mild sex activity think 1940s definition not 2024 there r just alot better ways 2 handle these crimes & if deep fakes end up falling under a sex offender category or sex crimes then these ppl who never actually had any sexual contact w/ the person or may not even kno the person Is now subject 2 life long consequences that dnt fit the crime & mental distress that will far out weigh the victims mental distress of a picture or a video that is not even their body only truly their face this also has gone on in painting 4 many yrs & I kno I touched on that but I wish I could post photos of this exact thing circa the 80s & 90s in a local air brush artist that doesn't paint anymore due 2 lung issues but I've known him my entire life & ppl would bring photos of their wives gfs hot girl down the street whoever & he was paid 2 air brush realistic faces of these women on motorcycles & cars w/ fake embellished bodies some of the art still exists & drives others r now just pictures of the vehicles or a gas tank taken off the bike & kept or a car hood taken off & kept there is still no legal ramifications 4 these men showing the cars at car shows & driving them down the street if these deep fakes aren't posted 2 a local chat & just a random 1 less ppl u kno would see it & 4 a far shorter span of time then 40/30yrs these chats probably won't exist that long & even the 1s saved will have lost their effect & relevance far b4 that these r moving art pieces driving in the local area of the subject should all art depicting a person w/o consent b ban? & considered a crime? Naked or other wise there r alot of other things that u could depict some1 doing that Is still traumatic & then it would b personal opinion of each subject wat they consider disrespectful or traumatic I'm sure the political world doesn't want depiction of them that r printed it effects their life I'm sure the celebrities tv & cartoons depict doing drugs having sex being whores cheating those im sure they would love em being taken down off air w/e the average ppl artists depict after seeing em walk down the street & just felt compelled 2 make into the subject ?? Where do we stop we have alrdy gone far to far in the repression
