Im sorry but #1 is just terrible advice and it makes it hard to believe any of the other advice and wisdom you are attempting to provide. AI Building is currently not only the #1 biggest problem all AI companies are attempting to solve but also data shows it is extremely close to the horizon (30% likelihood in the next 5 year and 50%+ in the next 10) indicating that the jobs you are suggesting will also be replaced by AI, at the time you are suggesting getting them therefore only having said position for 5 years till it ultimately is dissolved as well..
