I think all the "oh ai cant fully replicate real artist" is genuine cope
Like the average joe would probably not care about the art they see online having been made by ai or not, let alone be able to discern them from "real" art.
Most of these image artifacts will probably be gone in 2 years tops and in the meanwhile most competent companies will use ai art for advertising while only needing minimal touch ups to make them basically indistinguishable from "real" art
If youre gonna fight against it, dont pretend as if it can never "truly replicate artists" because it evetually will and even then probablt doesnt even need to, instead focus on more tangible problems like the images these ai's use for training data or how people shouldnt be able to own art they "made" using ai
