With this mentality North Korea has nuclear weapons…..they just copied general knowledge from open sources and some dedicated hungry north Korean scientists adapted the info to make bombs. The power and control is in the hands of the north korean CEO, if you convince him to lounch….he will lounch. The AI power will be in the hands of the guy who can copy the AI software and hardware and can introduce commands in to it.
