For me the AI workflow is more like: spar with AI to throw some ideas if I have no strong opinion on what to do, then choose the design, prepare the structure/architecture and write the most important parts myself. Then ask AI to fill in the blanks. For me dailing in the design on a planning stage through chatting is more time consuming and more error prone than showing AI what I need in the system. So I would say AI writes 80% of code, but I take 90% of decisions.
