using an AI tool isn't a brush, its the equivalent of asking 4 of your friends to each draw a part of a tree collectively and then presenting it as your own creation and selling it and claiming its yours. its not your, it belongs to your 4 friends... who actually drew.
If anything the Original artists should be able to sue him 😃
