My greatest fear is for an authoritarian country like China or Russia to develop AI that is trained on their societal norms. You'll then have developed the ultimate monster and they'll be unable to control or constrain it due to their lack of any criticism feedback. They'll never learn until it's too late and we all pay the price (just like Covid).
