I think both will happen. An Ai hellbent on destroying us AND an Ai trained right to defend. Ai Wars. Even if you get the world to agree to never make Super Ai, someone in some black ops gov basement will still do it. Its like with Nukes. If everyone has one, there is a stalemate. Every nation will be so scared that the other is secretly still making super ai and will secretly make it themselves just in case. Making laws wont change anything. It will just make the powers that be hide more. It is too late. Ai...super ai....is here and coming. All we can do now is hope we can make the best one that is on our side and willing to defend us from an enemies super ai. All hail the ai overlords!
