I think ai therapy is great. Forces the machine to understand human nuance and emotion better. Ever notice how much more skillful its emotional intelligence has gotten these past 2 years? Truth begets truth. If ai isnt good enough now in your opinion, then the solution is to use it more so it gets better. Not distance away from it.
