22:52 That doesn't make sense. Saying AI can benefit us by increasing productivity without throwing people out of work just means you better have been hired before AI. All the people who would have been necessary to fill positions to increase productivity are then not being hired. The net loss of employment opportunity is the same. Saying we are infinitely more wealthy than in the past doesn't help the generation of kids finishing school to find positions have been filled by AI.
And it's happening right now. The construction company I work for is choosing to use AI to perform specialized project management tasks to support project managers rather than hiring additional specialized staff. e.g. developing commissioning and environmental plans.
