I recently got a junior job as a fresh graduate. I think that the business portion is extremely important. At least where I work, a lot of my work is simply calling people on the phone or scheduling meetings and figuring out exactly what they actually want and how they want to achieve it. Once I can very precisely define all of the terms and describe the logic I want, AI is usually able to get it done easily. This is different than what I trained for for many years, but I enjoy it and I embrace the change. And also there are real advantages to being the one who interfaces with other people in the business.
