Elon will never respond to a lower life form such as my self. AI is a program it's as dangerous or harmful as the human programming it. As for regulations we should mandate the use of regulation over those or one person or a dozen people holding the power we all live under. AI if the programs are set with commen sense in mind. There's no argument a watch can't function with better Efficiency. I'm not a fan of stupidity.
