If many jobs are replaced by AI and who have perhaps lost their occupation to AI, who will purchase these goods and services provided by AI? A universal basic income? If so, who will pay for this? As a 14 year old in the 1970's, I remember Tomorrow's World, a UK TV programme, telling us all that in 20 years I would not need to work as it will all be done by robots. I am still working 49 years later after that programme aired and am thoroughly enjoying it by the way!
