Restructuring a.k.a. "your position has been eliminated" are just tactical excuses that make it impossible for employees to pursue legal action against the company. So any attempt at an informed discussion that shows this on a pie-chart, etc. should acknowledge that. Most of the restructuring is aimed at reducing at head count to shore up company coffers enabling reports of 'profits' and 'dividend buybacks' and 'reducing operating costs'. AI is now the step-sibling of 'restructuring' - you can effectively merge these two bubbles when reporting. Wielding AI effectively requires substantial business-domain expertise for most businesses.
