At 3:56 Democracy just doesn't work if people don't believe in it. But does it work if people believe in it? As long as people, either believing it or not believing it as fake, can feel "so free" to create chaos on the street and gone viral like epidemic, or let chaos dormant for sometimes and gone viral again and again. No it doesn't!
It is not the deep fakes that weaken the democracy but the democratic freedom itself!
