only half way through stealing not inspired would like to say before i forget and hope that its not mentioned but AI isn't intelligent its a digital representation of intelligence AI actually being intelligent is such a far off dream land that's unbelievable and when it is when it can think for itself on the same level as a human not just a creation that will be the day AI making art is fair because it can actually put thought into it and it wont do it just on the whim of another person who doesn't want to do their own work and put passion into a piece of art. the average person may not be able to realize but ai always has patterns especially chat bots between 2 completely different chat bots you can recognize similarities because its less of a brain more of network made for the pleasure of man. If AI cant think or feel on the same level of a human as it cant right now what it creates should not be considered equal because creating art is putting you brain your soul your passion into something anything spreading it on some canvas and that's what AI cant do it cant put actual art onto that canvas of paint of music of podcasts of books of anything hell even serial killers are artists what they do has passion and love for the work they do behind it as twisted as that is but AI cant replicate that and there's a good chance it never will and if it does then and only then can it be considered equal and able to convey art as a human.
