omg that didn't sound real at all lol. why? cause customer service sucks, doing it and calling it sucks. why? in one point customer service can't always graints the customer wishes, and one another really need something to be fix.
Just one thing, customer services always have that 1 monitor displaying all different kinds of questions, and best answers coressponding to the situation.
That's why some customer service now use chat bots... cause even a real human also just copy and paste.
