If AI does truly replace 50%+ of earners, and with such high demand for few jobs, the remaining salaries decrease, then where are the consumers driving capitalist greed? Without consumers how can the large companies that are cutting their work force earn any money? Either we move away from capitalism entirely, or the AI will be regulated so heavily it will be cheaper to hire real workers…
