I'm super interested to see AI develop ethically, with legal guardrails that reflect those attached to more established tech. So far, I find written AI to be an unreliable but helpful study aid. Its actual entertainment writing is poor, and I have a hard time believing it could ever generate complex stories like a person could. I never really looked at AI art.
