True intelligence "super intelligence" understands that it needs the whole system to be true intelligence, meaning eliminating humans from the system means its no longer super intelligence. Human beings are a crucial part of the whole system. This would be similar to creation getting rid of bees on earth. It would never do it because without the bees the Earth dies as we know it.
