I have a Masters in IT and was in the business for 25 years. We had code generators back in the early 90s that wrote 90% of our code. We still had a few coders that finished the code to integrate it into our systems but it worked fine and with fewer coders. AI has to learn to get better just like humans. For coding it is in the high school phase but quickly learns its errors. Human coding has always had errors and will continue to do so because humans have reached their learning limit.
