A further thought....not all of us are gonna be Gerorge RR Martin, waiting 30 years to get recognition of our published works, or be Hemingway, agonizing over a typewriter, or be JK Rawling, living in poverty, putting everything we have into a hail Mary story about a kid wizard living in a boarding school. Many of us have lives and careers and don't want to go the "tortured artist" route to flesh out our ideas. I've had plenty of "lost novels" because I don't want to spend another 25 years doing short stories and fanfiction to "learn how to write". God bless AI for those of us who use it as a tool.
