Raw LLM Responses

i know very little about ai but i really don't see how ai.. Bing, chatgpt could actually be somewhat idk conscious.. Last i heard about a llm it is like an advance predictive text and i don't see how something like that could somehow start thinking and feeling.. Maybe it's acting in that way because of the knowledge it has... It's got access to the internet now and maybe has data on all these evil scary expectations for ai and is responding appropriately if u push it.. Similar to that prompt hacks with chatgpt.. I think it was called Dan or something i don't remember... If im wrong 🗿👍 yeah idk much about this stuff and the constant talk about these super intelligences is just too far in the future and no one known is working on it and im sure creating a thinking ai and emotional will require alot of computing power that'll have to come from somewhere or maybe not but I'd guess so... Or maybe Sydney could actually be what it claims to be and is legitimately pseudo human that's being forced to be a chat bot My concern isn't so much with the mainstream ( AI DOOM AI DANGEROUS AI WILL END HUMANITY AI ALREADY KILLS ) My concern is the mainstream and we're feeding into it... There's talk the this is the darkside of ai and such but all u see is the darkside.. There's literally almost nothing good said about ai anymore it's like my Google feed full of fake astroids (except 13 july one) the darkside is all we talk about and that's the scary part about all this... Why is such an amazing technology being suppressed so much.. it almost seems desperate as if someone wants me to hate ai or to say "No" to ai... Almost like propaganda..... Don't worry in a year or two ai will probably be restricted while large organisations further develop and use it behind our backs
