I like AI art because I don’t have to see artists on X anymore. Every time they showed up, it was drama, fighting, and zero professionalism. Every commissionable artist has some version of “do not upload to AI” in their TOS, even though X, YouTube, and Pinterest all run on AI. Artists know art and not much else, then get pissed when regular people don’t know the rules of their profession. Fuck them. They’d attack non-artists for not knowing that using AI for reference in commissions was supposedly wrong. They’d drag random people through comment sections just for not knowing better. Artists had respect, influence, and social power, and they used it to make people’s lives worse. AI doesn’t do that. It just makes the image and moves on. Absolutely fuck artists. I love AI, and I’m genuinely glad I don’t have to see them on X or any other social media site anymore. I intentionally heart or Like AI art to boost it in the algorithm and push artists further into irrelevance. They can keep drowning in obscurity, and I know I’m not the only one who feels this way.
