Hi Scott. You really need to do a lot more research into how A.I is actually going to progress mate. I run my own IT business and you really haven't got a clue of what's actually happening with A.I in 2-3 years from now. We will have ASI mate. No-one included yourself will own a business or be able to rely on land or property for any asset based investments. What is about to happen will end all of what you're talking about. What is really happening is that automation by A.I agents is rolling out at breakneck speed in silence. They're outsourcing is to data centres more and more, day by day. Using overseas call centres and so on is the worst possible thing you can do as well. Ask your clients how happy they are with your companies services these days on the phone. You say you can't get skilled and qualified people, you're a bare face lair, we both know that as a fact as well. You are (like 95% of all businesses) being greed focused and that will be what causes the downfall and failure of your business once ASI gets here. Every decision you make now will be judged by ASI. You will see and learn the hard way, like literally every other business in the world once ASI gets here soon mate. Enjoy the ride while you can. It is coming to an end.
