I have been into AI nitty-gritty for years, since a paper on NeuroEvolution of Augmenting Topography (NEAT) was released in the earlier 2010s. I was fascinated by coding my own basic AI and was excited for the future of it.
I have become incredibly disillusioned with it in the last 6 years or so.
This video definitely scratched that itch again, and was incredibly fascinating and insightful.
