With the soon coming AI-Explosion that will see it's use in pretty much every practical and creative industry. It's clear to see that with the implementation of these programs, your Intellectual property and creative license WILL be infringed upon WITHOUT your consent. These AI frameworks cant exist if they don't have a data set that they can actively pull from to improve them. making everything opt-in would be nicer, but no one would want their work to be used in training these systems, making the AI generated systems completely irrelevant in the first place. Something big companies see as a nusaince.
