What this gentleman refers to in malevolence, in conjunction with the gentleman from Nov, in regards to "how to make napalm/how did grandma make napalm", is exactly the issue. Most of the people using AI might be using it for good, some can fall quickly into the negative, however, there are genuinely bad people with bad intentions, that have committed chaos, that could potentially commit worse chaos, and with the justice system releasing people like they are.
Man, we gotta figure something out quick....
