This seems like a good Random Forrest problem. We use a random forrest in fraud prevention to determine if a never seen before device is likely to commit fraud, and we are right about 80% of the time, in regards to false negatives, and very dang close to 100% correct for false positives. This is in reference to computers, phones, etc.
Heck, I bet I could design a simple AI program that would work better than the Compass model, as the compass model sounds like it is a coded model rather than an machine learning model.
