You do realize that therapists also "train" on your secrets, right? Meaning, they won't tell anyone your name along with what you shared with them, but they can (and will) absolutely reference and mention your conversations with their colleagues and clients when relevant, anonymously. I wouldn't recommend AI therapy to people with clinical conditions (maybe like supplemental but not primary) as it requires an actual psychiatric help, however personally I am much more comfortable venting and sharing my secrets with a chatbot than with a stranger, as I don't feel any possibility of inner judgement coming from them, unlike with people. Therapists are also people with opinions, you know. I have the training disabled in settings and what I'm telling it cannot be leaked in any way comprehensibly pointing at me anyway.
