Some of friends quit other jobs to work in the amazon warehouses because the pay was higher and I said the only reason they are paying you a higher wage is because amazon just needs orders full-filled. As they automate your pay will dimish and eventually when they reach full automation as many if not all warehouse workers won't be needed. The grass isn't always greener on the other side of the fence.
