if you work in tech and get rejected here is my tip that works for me:
provide a huge basline cv with everything you did at detail.
get a bot to gather jobs
get a bot to filter jobs you could do
get a bot to write you a json
get another bot to review your json and provide improvement suggestions to fit for the job
repeat 2 more times, thats the sweet spot
then look if you could do the job and apply for it, you may use a webscrapper to automate that as well.
and yes just send a mail or whhatever you dont need to fill out a form the replies WILL come.

i get calls for 50% of the positions i apply to and ot of these calls 25% of interviews happen, as a mid level dev with a very nice pay.
