I believe that we can't truly get rid of AI, nor should we. Once something exists, it's already impossible to make it not exist. We still have nuclear bombs, they still EXIST. And they're far worse. Obviously we can't get rid of AI. What should be done, is restrict it. As it's a fairly new thing, it's always good to see laws that restrict the use of AI and there should be more of those. One of the factors I can see making things a lot easier is: 1. The creators of said AI's need to ask for permission of artists to use their art (Be it paintings, drawings, music, voice acting). 2. Those artists should be paid in the amount they would generally be for creating something of that sort (Be it the price of a comission + revenue from any professional uses.) That would fix a lot of issues with it already, as well as make it a bit more clear on the legality of it. Because by that point, those who suffer the most from the use of AI, wouldn't be the ones suffering. If you have any suggestions, feel free to tell them! I'd love to discuss about this.
