I think folks should understand that the I in AI stands for Idiot, not Intelligence (same with iPhone.) Large Language Models learn to respond to a set of words by selecting other sets of related words. Any rational person, even one uneducated in the subject at hand, can make the intellectual leap when someone suggests making dramatic and unknown changes to a system, such as dietary intake. In this example, the patient had a pre-existing belief and AI was more than happy to make a false equivalence to support it. And, as you pointed out, nobody wants to utilize a service that keeps telling you you’re wrong. Look at RFK! That darned CDC kept telling him he was wrong and he made it his mission to get rid of scientists and doctors in the CDC. We now have a biological Artificial Idiot destroying the health of Americans far more efficiently than any machine!
